In Lim’s world, nature is not simply a subject but a metaphor for consciousness. The organic lines that resemble stems, petals, or currents are expressions of life’s continual movement, of growth, release, and renewal. Her botanical and landscape references are abstracted to the point where they become symbols rather than representations: a branch becomes an emotion, a wave becomes a breath. Through these distilled forms, she explores the interconnection between the physical and the spiritual, the transient and the eternal.
